Ingredients
Crust
- ⅓ cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup quick oats
Filling
- 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons Zest of one orange
Topping
- 1-2 cups mixed fruit
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare the crust by creaming together the butter and sugar. Add the egg. Stir in the whole wheat flour and quick oats.
- Press into the bottom of a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the filling by mixing together all the ingredients. Set aside in the fridge to chill until ready to use.
- When the crust is cool, fill with the yogurt mixture and top with fresh fruit. Garnish with additional zest, if desired
- Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy!
