
Mushroom Potstickers
One of the best feelings is creating a recipe with an ingredient that people typically dislike and then being told how much they loved it! One of the top comments I got from making these mushroom potstickers is, “I hate mushrooms, but I really enjoyed them in this!” Mushrooms are a great meat substitute in these potstickers, and they are filled with amazing flavor in every bite. Careful, though...these will disappear fast!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces mushrooms, diced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 24 vegan potsticker wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil divided
